We back our hair 100%! Because we are a small business, we have the luxury of providing you with the best customer service. We pride ourselves on being owned and operated by licensed professionals who truly know the daily life and challenges of working behind the chair.
Returns and Exchange:
We stand behind our hair 100%! If you have questions or concerns about your hair purchase after it has been installed, please email us at meg.hazelhairco@gmail.com within 90 days of original purchase.
At anytime we are happy to accept any unopened, unused wefts for exchange or in store credit to original customer. Wefts must rolled with ties still intact and you must provide proof of original purpose.
Hair exchanges will be offered for hair of the same value. Hair returns will be given a store credit minus a 10% restocking fee. Extension accessories and other retail products are all final sale and not eligible for exchange or return.
Color Matching:
Due to the different colors and textures of human hair donors and the process of manufacturing, slight color variations may occur. If you are dissatisfied with the color of hair extensions you receive. Please follow our Returns and Exchange policy.
Shipping:
Shipping fees are variable based on order and location and is an expense to the customer including returns or exchanges. Hazel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages as well as shipping delays in transit. This includes holidays.
Processing Times:
Orders are processed every Friday excluding official holidays. Shipping is standard 2 Day via USPS.
