Q: What is a Hazel Hybrid Weft?
A: These are a hybrid of machine and hand-tied wefts that lay extremely flat to the head with no return hair or "mustache" and can be cut on the seam with no shedding, or damage to the weft.
Q: What are the dimensions of each weft?
A: Wefts are approximately 11" wide and are available in 18" or 22" length. Each weft weighs approximately 22 grams. Wefts come individually rolled.
Q: Is there a minimum order requirement?
A: No way! We sell by individual weft to meet your specific needs and provide ultimate customization behind the chair.
Q: Do I have to be a hair professional to purchase from Hazel?
A: Yes. We proudly support the beauty industry by only retailing to licensed professionals.
Q: How do I place an order?
A: Professionals can create an account by inputting your contact info and license number. Please allow 1 business day for activation. Once your account is active, you can log in to purchase hair online. If you are not a beauty professional, ask you stylist about creating a pro account with us!
Q: Do you offer bulk pricing?
A: Not at this time. We already consider ourselves wholesalers and provide the best prices possible!
Q: Do you have a store front?
A: Currently we are online only.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping is calculated at check out based on location and is an expense to the customer. Use code HAZELBABE at checkout and get FREE shipping on orders over $500.
Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: We process orders every Friday excluding holidays. In stock items ship 2-3 business days via USPS Priority Mail.

Q: How long does the hair last?
A: With proper home care, appointment maintenance and regular trimming, Hazel hair can last upto 12 months; however we suggest replacing hair every 8 months to maintain peak quality.
